Regional Rides

Cascade Cycling Club: If you want to ride STP or RSVP or any of the other rides in the west side, start here.  This club is amazing; great rides, well organized, very popular and they fill up fast.  Join up to get a registration discount and advance registration notice before it's released to the unwashed masses.

Puget Sound Area: Check out Classic Cycles  calendar of events.  They're on Bainbridge Island and have a SPECTACULAR bicycle museum...worth the ferry ride if you have the time.

Cycling Clubs

  • ​Spokane Bicycle Club:  The SBC has been serving the Spokane cycling community since 1985.  They are a recreational club offering several scheduled rides each week, March - November.  Their rides are planned to meet the needs of cyclists from those new to group rides to those wanting to push the fitness envelope.  Great ride calendar on their site!
  • ​Baddlands:This is a racing oriented club that offers more than just racing.  
  • ​Spokane Valley Cycling Club; This is a new organization that meets at Brother's Office Pizza, 13221 E. 32nd Ave.  It's described as "We do about 20 miles and come back for pizza and beer."  For info:
  • ​Team Blaze: This is the premier triathlon club for Spokane for athletes of all abilities.  If you want to 'tri', this is your club.  
  • ​Zusters Cycling: Women's Cycling Race Team (road, mountain and cyclocross)

Weekly shop Rides (Seasonal):

  • ​Spokane Valley
    • Bike Hub, 12505 E. Sprague Ave. Rides start at the shop.  Road and Mountain rides (call the shop for info).  A member of the shop accompanies the group to provide tech support.
      • ​Monday Road Ride: 6:00 pm. for both Ladies' Ride (leisurely to moderate pace) and Co-Ed Ride (moderate pace, 12-16+mph).  Both are "No Drops"...the faster riders wait to regroup several times on the route. Typical distances are 20+ miles.  During the season until the fall time change.
      • Wednesday Road Ride: 6:00 pm. Co-Ed, No Drops; Typical distances are 25+ miles, moderate pace, diverse group. 
    • ​Fitness Fanatics: 12425 E. Trent Ave.  Rides start at the shop.
      • ​Thursday Road Ride: 6:00 pm.  Co-Ed, No Drop; 
    • Wheelsport East; 606 N. Sullivan Rides start at the shop.  Tuesday Rad Road Ride at 6:30pm.  Co-ed, no drop, typically 20+ miles, moderate pace. Sunday Mountain rides (call the shop for details.) A member of the shop accompanies the group for tech support.
